Adam Peaty International Meet adventure!

The May bank holiday weekend saw two of our performance swimmers compete in the Adam Peaty International Meet at the London Aquatic pool.
On Saturday, Jude Staton swam in the 50m Freestyle, winning his heat and gaining himself a new personal best time. On the Sunday Jude also competed in the 50m backstroke event also winning his heat with a new pb, and gaining a place in the B-final.
On Monday Connor Rickard competed in the 50m fly, a great swim gained him a new personal best time and a place in the junior final.
They then got to meet Adam Peaty and tour the swimming facility, with other marlins friends, and hear about Adam’s swimming.
Both swimmers had an amazing time, gaining lots of experience swimming with European champions and Olympic swimmers and can’t wait to return next year.
